The bespoke Sun Rise Tea is crafted to be enjoyed on its own, it is also designed to provide an ideal base for any dairy or dairy alternatives. Soya, Oats, and Almond milk could be perfectly paired with Sun Rise Tea.

Creating your perfect Sun Rise

Brewing our Organic Sun Rise Tea is a simple and rewarding process. Follow the brewing guide to ensure you enjoy the optimal flavour and aroma with every cup.

  1. Boil fresh, clean water to approximately 194°F (90°C).
  2. Place the Ren Beaulieu Sun Rise Collection silken pyramid tea bag in your favourite teacup.
  3. Pour the hot water over the silken pyramid tea bag and let it brew for a maximum of 5 minutes, depending on your preferred strength.
  4. Gently remove the tea bag to halt the infusion process.
  5. Add dairy or milk or alternatives, if desired.

UK DELIVERY 
UK STANDARD DELIVERY - 5 WORKING DAYS (UK Mainland)
Deliveries are made Monday to Friday. Standard delivery takes up to 5 working days. Non perishable products including hampers and gifts boxes: £5.95 per delivery address.
NEXT WORKING DAY DELIVERY - AVAILABLE MON TO FRI
Deliveries are made Monday to Friday but are subject to availability - Next Working Day delivery slots are limited and any date may become fully booked without notice. Orders must be placed by 6pm on weekdays and 2pm on weekends. All products including hampers and gift boxes: £9.95 per delivery address.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER 

As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive confirmation with tracking information. The order can be tracked using the tracking details provided on the confirmation. You will also receive a notification on the evening prior to the day of delivery.

CUSTOMS

International deliveries may be subject to import duties, taxes and fees*. For orders placed on our website, we make every effort to include the applicable duty and tax, however there may be additional local duties and taxes that are out of Ren Beaulieu’s control that you may need to pay in order to receive the goods.

For items to be exported, the carriage charge covers packaging and delivery only.

*If your order is to the US and is less than $800, you won't incur any additional duty costs on your delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns & exchanges must be requested within 14 days of reception/collection of your item.
Requesting a return:
You must ‘Request a return in ‘My Ren Beaulieu Member’ account or directly contact us before returning an order. 
Refunds will be made to the original purchaser, using the original method of payment.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. The shipping charges can not be refunded.
Return conditions:
Item must be returned in original shipping packaging and original branded packaging, with any related accessories, instructions booklets, labels, protective covers, leaflets or boxes.
The tea boxes must still be sealed (with its sticker or crystal film) and may only be returned in the UK
Upon receipt of your item(s), and subject to inspection by our Quality Service team, we will proceed with the return
Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items:
Certain types of items cannot be returned (such as food, flowers, or plants, custom products such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges:
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

European Union 14 day cooling off period:
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
